Terms of service.
Updated · October 23, 2026
These terms describe use of HotelUse’s website, developer APIs and AI connectors. HotelUse is operated by PageOne Lab, Inc. Contact leo@hoteluse.dev with service or billing questions.
Hotel search and provider bookings
HotelUse supplies hotel information and compares provider quotes. The consumer connector does not create reservations, collect traveler card details or charge for hotel stays. A booking link opens a separate provider; that provider’s availability, booking terms, cancellation policy, checkout price and payment process apply. HotelUse may earn a commission through affiliate links.
Quotes are checked at the time shown and can change. Room descriptions and terms can differ across providers. Only explicitly confirmed taxes and fees are included in a complete-price comparison. Missing or unconfirmed local charges are identified where available; a missing itemized tax does not establish that the tax is zero.
Converted amounts are reference estimates. The provider’s original quote, booking currency and any pay-at-property charges are shown separately. Expedia US and current Brek booking links settle in USD; a JPY reference amount does not promise JPY checkout. Your card issuer may use its own exchange rate or charges.
Developer accounts and billing
Keep your account and API keys secure. Developer API access uses the rates shown on the pricing page. Signup credits are granted once and do not reset monthly. Additional use requires a prepaid top-up. Calls pause when the available allowance or balance is exhausted; there is no automatic top-up or subscription unless you separately agree to one.
The dashboard records usage and charges. Follow documented retry, pagination and idempotency rules to avoid creating a new billable operation. Invalid requests and service errors are handled according to the published billing rules. Contact us about disputed or incorrect charges so we can investigate and correct them; these terms do not limit applicable statutory rights.
Hotel data and service limits
Use hotel data and provider mappings within your account’s documented access and applicable supplier rights. Self-serve accounts may access up to 10,000 distinct hotel records across requests and keys. Hotel information is supplied for hotel discovery and trip planning. HotelUse does not offer raw hotel data feeds or catalog resale through this service. The documentation describes request sizes, quote expiry and rate limits.
Do not bypass rate limits, rotate accounts to obtain repeated signup allowances, extract data outside your agreed scope, attempt unauthorized access or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive or security-threatening requests while we investigate. Contact us if your legitimate use needs higher capacity.
Data, reliability and support
Hotel information comes from multiple sources and may contain errors or become outdated. Check material hotel policies and booking terms with the provider. We maintain the service and investigate reported mapping, pricing and reliability problems, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular supplier result. Individual service commitments may be agreed separately.
Our privacy policy describes information handling. Contact leo@hoteluse.dev for corrections, support, billing questions or account-closure requests. Material changes to service terms or paid access will be communicated through the website, account service or account email as appropriate.
